Sentinel Spectrum is an oral monthly preventive that protects against heartworms, adult roundworms, adult hookworms, whipworms, and flea eggs. It protects your dog from heartworm disease and intestinal worms, and it comes in a tasty beef flavor. It's also designed to help prevent and control flea infestations, as well as treat and control adult roundworm, hookworm, whipworm, and tapeworm infections in dogs and puppies aged six weeks and up who weigh at least two pounds.

How does Sentinel Spectrum for Dogs works?

Sentinel Spectrum contains a combination of milbeycin oxime, praziquantel, and lufenuron to prevent and control fleas, heartworm, and intestinal worms. Milbemycin oxime prevents heartworm, roundworm, hookworm, and whipworm by interfering with nerve transmission. Praziquantel is a tapeworm killer that causes muscle spasms. Lufenuron is an insect growth regulator that prevents flea eggs from developing and used to control fleas.
