Bimectin Oral Paste for Horses

Bimectin is a scientifically proven worm control paste for horses. This oral treatment provides broad spectrum protection against various parasites and bots. This anthelmintic and boticide is highly beneficial in the treatment of nematode and arthropod infestations in horses due to various parasites such as:

How Bimectin works on Horses?

Bimectin paste contains Ivermectin which is an effective anthelmintic. The active ingredient kills different types of worms in horses and eliminates them. It treats and controls worm infection in horses. The specially designed syringe allows accurate dosage and the palatable paste form is easy to absorb. Bimectin is safe for horses of all ages including mares at any stage of pregnancy.

• One syringe treats 600kg bodyweight.
• Treat according to the bodyweight calculating the dosage marked on the syringe.
• While holding plunger, turn the knurled ring on the plunger 1/4 turn to the left and slide it so the side nearest the barrel is at the prescribed weight marking.
• Lock the ring in place by making a 1/4 turn to the right.
• Ensure that the horse’s mouth contains no feed.
• Uncover the tip of the syringe.
• Insert the syringe tip into the horse’s mouth at the space between the teeth.
• Depress the plunger as far as it will go, depositing paste on the back of the tongue.
• Immediately raise the horse’s head for a few seconds after dosing.

• Keep out of reach of children.
• For horses use only.
• Store it in a cool and dry place.
• Do not use in horses meant for human consumption.
• Wash hands after use.
• Refrain from smoking and drinking while administering this drug.
